Please Add Arabic Language Support 🌟 *2026-06-19, version 4.16.1* Ornament is an incredible health assistant with a brilliant concept for tracking lab results. However, the lack of Arabic language support is a major barrier for millions of potential users in the MENA region. While medical lab terms are universal, navigating the interface, completing the body system surveys, and understanding the detailed health insights would be infinitely better and more accessible in Arabic. Adding Arabic support would unlock a massive, highly engaged market that deeply values health awareness. Refus total de coopérer pour aider à annuler le renouvellement lorsqu’on ne désire plus. Totalement irrespectueux. A éviter à tout prix. Terrible behaviour. DO NOT TRUST ### 1/5 — Beware: Terrible Cancelation *2026-02-25, version 4.8.1* As other reviews you can’t preview anything in the app before paying. Not to mention it is solely for organizing medical files nothing to help manage or promote weight loss as advertised. I cancelled within days. Then a year later it charged again and says my subscription was started and good through 01/21/1970. I was born in 1990 sooooooo clearly it’s never been accurate and never canceled and they refused to give me a refund for the renewal. Their customer service is a joke. Part la suite il mon soutiré encore 44.99 et 79.99 € J’ai envoyé un email pour un remboursement mais que neni dans mon C** il dise que l’abonnement étais actif alors que j’avais fait la demande de résiliation. Des incapables. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-03, version 4.18.1* I did a free trial and cancelled afterwards because I didn’t want to spend that amount of money however a few months later $150 was taken out of my account without authorisation after I cancelled and they were unhelpful and refused to give me my money back. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to be robbed. Update 6 months later Even after the issues last time and CANCELLING my subscription they have again taken money out of my account. Someone replied to my review and asked me to email them and I did to which they never replied. DO NOT get this app unless you want them to steal your money ### 1/5 — No refund after being sent links and forms. *2026-07-22, version 4.17.1* Put forward a case with customer service, was then provided with a link to put forward a case which I completed, and that included my email address as requested. Questioned if the link was fake and was misleading with no confirmations in my email provided, they wouldn’t comment regarding the link. The subscription pricing was not clear, and I encountered unexpected price increases that were not communicated transparently. J’ai pris une offre à environ 8€ et je me suis retrouvée prélevée de 38€ pour un abonnement que je ne voulais absolument pas. Le pire, c’est le support : aucune compréhension, aucune aide, juste des réponses automatiques disant que “ce n’est pas remboursable” même quand on explique la situation plusieurs fois. Je trouve les abonnements très peu clairs et honnêtement ça donne l’impression qu’on essaie de vous faire payer sans que vous réalisiez vraiment ce que vous acceptez. I tried to unsubscribe after the trial and thought it was successful and it wasn’t. Months later I see a transaction take. From my account and that’s when I noticed that I had been charged $100 every 3 months and hadn’t realized. Once I realized I requested a refund only for the most recent transaction and they refused.
