Type in your DVR/NVR's product code into the product search bar near the top of the website to find the main product page for your device. At the bottom of the page you will find in the latest firmware for your device under the 'Firmware heading'. There will be a video link accompanying the firmware link, click on it to be shown how to update your device with the firmware.

*IMPORTANT* Please set your mobile device clock to 24 Hour before using this app. If you have the clock set to 12 Hour then viewing recorded footage on the playback function will be non-accessible.  

The Orpheus P2P app uses the latest P2P connection technology and software so you can setup your remote monitoring connection without the need to perform any complicated router setup. Your DVR/NVR will have a unique P2P ID, which you will use to setup up the device on the app. Add your password for your device and that’s it! You will now have a constant remote monitoring connection to your CCTV system so you can check on your property, possessions or persons in the palm of your hand.

Once you have completed the quick and simple setup process, you will then be able to select and choose the live camera video feeds you wish to view. As long as there is a strong broadband or 3G/4G mobile data signal connection you will be able to login into the device from anywhere in the world. At the same time you can take photo snapshots of live video footage and store it to your phone for evidence collection.

The other main feature to this app is its ability to playback the recorded footage on the DVR/NVR to your smart phone. Just select the time and date of the when the footage was recorded and it will play what it has recorded from that point.

This app rarely gets an update, it hasn’t done so for ages. Renders your cctv system useless and worthless because you can’t log in as the app doesn’t work. Stay away from QVIS and Adar’s cctv systems, not worth the spend if you can’t get it work.

Since iso 15 update Orpheus app no longer works properly it loads then cameras can only be seen for a few seconds then app closes  . Use app with qvis camera dvb

This is a terrible app. Had to pay for it. So slow, need to close the app and open it up again because it crashes often. Have to tap everything over and over.

Update; now working again but still unreliable and unpleasant to use. 

update; Rarely connects since the recent update to 'fix' bug fixes. I wish I could find an alternative to this app!

This is not the most elegant app but it works ok for live view. However it is not possible to access recordings via the app - the search function just doesn't work.

Update; I contacted support and got no help with regard to this. However, a note has been added to the description saying that the phone's time needed to be set to 24-hour to enable recordings to be viewed. 

This does work but it is not good enough. Why should I have to change my phone settings to make up for a fault in the app?

Since this latest update 22 May 2016 app works well on my home wifi. However it clearly can NOT cope when on 4g viewing live.  HD cameras on 4g will not work using my iPhone 6s.  If I change to use "Fluent" and not HD I then can view one or two Cameras, but not all eight (ticked) together.  Latest up date is a big improvement.  There's still a lot of work to do. I really want to be able to view all my cameras on my iPhone in HD when I'm away from home on 3/4g. Please keep the app updates coming. Thank you.
