After that, timeout issues. I can access the device via my PC on the LAN and my router settings haven't changed so I 100% know it's not my setup and a fault with the App since the update Not impressed, especially as I had to pay for this price of rubbish ### 1/5 — Stopped working since last update *2016-05-08, version 2.6.5* As many others my home cctv can no longer be accessed remotely since the latest so called bug fix. I have spent hours trying to sort this before stumbling on the latest reviews where it is clear I am not alone. Surely you could have sent an email notification or even make reference on your website as to what is happening? Renders your cctv system useless and worthless because you can’t log in as the app doesn’t work. Thanks for added note on changing the time setting on your phone. I can now view recordings! Thank you for the update!! Similar to others reviews - can't retrieve recordings which is a pretty important feature of the app. Again update has not fixed this. Disappointed! ### 4/5 — Medusa App *2016-05-13, version 2.6.5* MichMash7 Downloaded Medusa app and logged in with same login details. The frustration is at bay for the time being :) ### 3/5 — Jblo - Better *2016-05-23, version 2.6.6* Since this latest update 22 May 2016 app works well on my home wifi. However it clearly can NOT cope when on 4g viewing live. HD cameras on 4g will not work using my iPhone 6s. If I change to use "Fluent" and not HD I then can view one or two Cameras, but not all eight (ticked) together. Latest up date is a big improvement. There's still a lot of work to do. I really want to be able to view all my cameras on my iPhone in HD when I'm away from home on 3/4g. Please keep the app updates coming. I wish I could find an alternative to this app! This is not the most elegant app but it works ok for live view. However it is not possible to access recordings via the app - the search function just doesn't work. Update; I contacted support and got no help with regard to this. However, a note has been added to the description saying that the phone's time needed to be set to 24-hour to enable recordings to be viewed. This does work but it is not good enough. Why should I have to change my phone settings to make up for a fault in the app? ### 2/5 — Not great *2016-04-20, version 2.6.2* App seems to work fine whilst viewing cameras live however go to the playback function for a camera and every time I hit play it plays back my iPhone dashboard when it continuously keeps crashing out...... Not great for a paid for app. A free price tag would have been better considering how expensive the CCTV equipment is in the first place. On another note their PC software is rubbish as no browser now seems to support the plugin required to get that working either.... Not impressed at all. (No more play functionality) Really annoying, as I had bought the Qvis for my folks (in their mid 70's. And they could use the iPad. iPhone screen is too small for them.
