## What is ORTEC Driver App?

The ORTEC driver app is a comprehensive app designed to help drivers driving routesx planned by ORTEC software to navigate, realize stops and orders, and drive safely. Here's a closer look at some of the key features the app has to offer:

- view your planned route and receive realtime pickup and delivery updates
- let your dispatcher know you arrived at a location, or finished your pickup or delivery
- update the status of your delivery
- add proof of delivery signatures or pictures to your delivered orders
- use turn-by-turn navigation using your favorite navigation app

This version includes a few small fixes and a new and improved authentication platform for the app. This allows for simpler and more secure data transfers.

* This version adds driver assistance features. This includes starting the first activity in a trip automatically, automatic task realizations, automatically prompting to start the next activity and automatically finishing a trip.
* Drivers can now register parking activities & unscheduled pickups and deliveries.
* A new unified screen to scan orders, add deviations to orderlines and enter unscheduled pickups & deliveries.
* Simplified order status - deviations are now fully part of order lines and directly editable
