Wieso funktioniert die App bei IOS 16.7 nicht? Lädt und zeigt dann nichts an.

Update:
Ortel Mobile hat einen schlechten Kundenservice. Ich habe das App-Problem und werde seit Wochen mit automatisierten Standardantworten abgespeist, ohne dass sich irgendetwas bewegt. Die angebliche Weiterleitung an die Ortel Technikabteilung war völlig wirkungslos, und auch das App-Update hat dann das Problem nicht ansatzweise behoben.
Nach mehreren Tagen ohne Rückmeldung beginnt die Diskussion jedes Mal wieder bei null, sodass man ständig dieselben Informationen erneut liefern muss. Es ist wirklich erschreckend, wie schlecht Ortel seine Kunden behandelt. Für das Geld, das das Unternehmen verdient, ist das einfach inakzeptabel.

“Wenn ich ein Guthaben von 6-7 Euro habe, manchmal 10, und mein Telefon mit 15 Euro auflade, nehmen Sie mir diese 6-7-10 Euro immer ab und das Angebot wird nicht aktiviert, weil angezeigt wird, dass das Guthaben nicht ausreicht. Das ist nicht in Ordnung.”
