Can't even serve it's one purpose. The reality: how does one trust a medically-natured device for safety and health purposes when the company can't even run an app? They'd save more face if they didn't have an app at all. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever! *2026-05-12* This may be the worst app I’ve ever used. It’ll ask if I changed my aligners and I’ll say yes and then it won’t let me select today’s date. Like the app is permanently a day behind?? And my device will be in syncing mode but it won’t properly sync the data and shows that I’m “out of compliance”. I’m not sure I’ve ever used an app as bad as this… ### 1/5 — App missing critical functionality *2026-05-10* This app requires a phone number for set up but the functionality for sending an authorization code to your phone doesn’t work, and there is no alternative workflow, so the app is unusable. Disappointing. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t connect *2025-04-07* It lets me log in, then screen goes blank. Support requests a book report in order to respond. My understanding that this app is for them to see how often we’re using. So oh well, no data for you then ### 1/5 — ログインできない *2025-03-27, version 2.0.11* 電話番号入力するとすでに登録されている電話番号ですと出てきてログインできない。 ### 1/5 — Terrible Functionality *2025-03-07* Needed to get replacement device due to the first one malfunctioning. I cannot use the new device because you can only have 1 device linked per account and there is no way to remove the old device from my account. I cannot link the new device to a different account under a different email address because the device is permanently linked to my old email address. How can this be overlooked?
