I get an error message every day. Shame that you pay extra for this device and the app hasn’t been updated in 2 years! I never have Bluetooth on so sync about once a week. I should be able to pick the day tray was advanced or if a mistake was made be able to undo it. Currently you have to email customer service. Why is the default with OrthoPulse 7 days? I was told timing with OrthoPulse is 5 days so why isn’t that the default? We should be able to set our own default days. ### 3/5 — Not syncing with iOS 13 *2019-10-17, version 2.3.5* After upgrading to iOS 13, my app is unable to upload data to the server. I constantly get “background sync failed” even though data successfully uploaded from the device to my phone. ### 1/5 — Problems with Maintaining Bluetooth Connection *2019-09-01, version 2.3.5* Whether it is the app or the device itself, the Bluetooth connection does not accurately track use. After less than 2 weeks’ use it did not record accurately 1-day’s use and 2 days later the Bluetooth connection has stopped completely.
