The website is useless and doesn’t allow you to do anything , the app also doesn’t provide any information about cancelling. Before you subscribe , be aware you’ll have to fight to hell to get your money back. It’s harder to cancel than Planet fitness. I chose to cancel the subscription after 1 month as I felt that I had gotten enough from the content. Admittedly, the cancellation process is a bit confusing as I feel that it would be more efficient to give the customer the option to directly cancel within the app (I.e. via a button), but once I reached out to the support team, they very quickly cancelled my subscription as requested.
