## What is OS Field?

OS Field is the official field-documentation app for subcontractors of OS Underground. Capture job-site photos that are automatically stamped with the date, time, and GPS location, then sync them to OS Underground as part of your verified work record.

ENROLLMENT REQUIRED
OS Field is a private business app. Access requires an enrollment token provided by OS Underground — there is no public sign-up. If you are an OS Underground subcontractor and need a token, contact your OS Underground representative.

FEATURES
• Timestamped photos — every image is stamped with the exact date and time it was taken.
• GPS location stamp — each photo records where it was captured on the job site.
• Fast capture — open the app and shoot; documentation happens automatically.
• Jobsites map — view the sites you have access to, with points, lines, and callouts; tap a feature to see its type, status, and properties.
• Job packets — open the packets assigned to you: scope, location, jobsite map, photos, and PDFs.
• Gallery — review every photo captured on your device.
• Automatic sync — photos upload to OS Underground as your work record.
• Local controls — manage on-device storage, optionally save photos to your camera roll, and delete local photos.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Enroll your device with the token from OS Underground.
2. Take photos at the job site — date, time, and location are stamped on each image.
3. Photos sync securely to OS Underground.

PRIVACY
OS Field uses your camera and location only to document job-site work. Location is used only while the app is open to stamp photos and show your position on the jobsite map; there is no background tracking. Read our privacy policy: https://osunderground.com/privacy/os-field

OS Field is built for OS Underground subcontractors and is not intended for general consumer use.
