Four steps to login retrieve password then receive text then copy text then paste then finally you might get in. Then you have to search every where to find what you want. ### 1/5 — App is bad *2026-07-22, version 4.0.42* Not sure why Osaic can’t fix their app like vanguard or fidelity did. In this day and age a good user interface can be the difference between where clients choose to hold assets, and Osaic is quickly falling behind. ### 5/5 — Great app *2026-03-13, version 4.0.40* Great app ### 3/5 — Cannot download documents *2026-01-30, version 4.0.40* The app works well for checking your balance. However, there is no way to download your monthly statement or your tax documents. I have to go to the website to do that. ### 1/5 — Antiquated *2026-01-23, version 4.0.40* Every piece of this app feels antiquated, but the rest would be tolerable if we could just have biometric login. If my other financial apps and grocery store can allow me to use biometric login I feel like this app should be able to figure it out! ### 2/5 — Boomer technology *2026-01-19, version 4.0.40* Login technology is decades old on the mobile app. The Web application login isn’t as analog, thanks to Google Chrome, but still they go out of their way to make the login unintuitive. Their systems seem to be constantly unavailable because of maintenance, but they certainly are not making any improvements. The presentation of data is as interesting as oatmeal. The graphing presentation is simply embarrassing for a financial institution. The only data points are monthly data points, but it’s impossible to tell if the data points are the beginning or end of the month. Simple data integration with Credit Karma takes no less than 2 minutes to complete and always requires manual intervention.
