I stopped using them. I love the GNCC camera. So easy to install and a breeze to connect my cameras to my WiFi. I had the cameras for a week now, no failure nor any WiFi disconnect. I’m planning to buy 2 more. I already have 4 GNCC cameras working flawlessly. thank you ### 2/5 — Meh *2026-08-14, version 4.7.0* Can’t watch the live feed when I’m not connected to my home WiFi or away from the house. ### 3/5 — Great Hardware *2026-08-06* Sub par software. Forced to pay for something that is yours. As in video of any motion in YOUR YARD WITH YOUR VIDEO. The motion tracking is horrible. The night vision is SUB PAR. Better sensor in use with low lighting. Anyhow, I mowed my lawn in front of it for an hour. It didn't show me once (in detections) Then I get home from to check it again, while holding the phone with app on yes it's live tracking and showing me. But nothing was recorded. I'm not paying for something I ALREADY PAID FOR... IF THAT'S THE FIX. MY CAT JUST GOT SNIPED BY A PACK OF COYOTE. Cant stay signed in on more than one device so it’s back and forth constantly. Interface is blocky and doesn’t resize correctly so it’s back and forth from portrait to landscape. Rotation is not 360. Goes almost completely but just can’t go the full turn. Would be okay if it was possible to set the blind spot against the wall. But threading into the socket you get what you get so sometime you have to go all the way back around to see a moving subject. Can’t seem to get rid of free trial as which takes up half the screen and causes more clunky screen sizing. Interrupted service with pop up notifications every hour, That will not allow you to monitor security seamlessly. Avoid buying these cameras. The system is a complete failure. While you monitor the picture it will be a freezed frame, Thinking you’re watching live just to find out it does not refresh. Knock on the door wondering how this person got by security. Avoid at all cost. A complete waste of money. Go with another brand than GNCC you won’t be disappointed. The app is garbage allowing only 4 cameras on the screen and one device to view security. ### 1/5 — Bad choice *2026-08-11, version 4.7.0* The camera design is nice the app is easy buttttttt the camera coming offline too manyyyy times and the others devices different brands not so the problem isn’t I internet or broadband or data is only the app or software ### 1/5 — Update lol *2026-08-11, version 4.7.0* Well now it won’t load past the sign in page and it erased my username and password and keeps claiming it’s not correct and I know it is, but it’s not like you can watch live or playback recorded video from the SD card anyways, app has had issues from the get go so this not working at all now does not surprise me at all. The whole shebangabang is a D- at best and that’s being generous. Deceptive business practices is looked down upon and is a violation of the UCC as to a product should function as intended and meet or exceed the promised functionality otherwise is just a scam and defrauding the customer with a malfunctioning product. This is how class action suits come to fruition. Can we maybe get the product we paid for to function as intended, designed and advertised to function as promised? You know, the right thing to do in this situation…. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t really save videos *2026-07-31, version 4.6.2* You get a whole bunch of events but can’t play any of them back. What’s the point of “saving” the videos to see later if they can’t be played back? All the videos from last night won’t play back. Why should I have a subscription if the app doesn’t work ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2026-07-26, version 4.6.2* I’ve had issues with customer service in the past when setting up the camera. Completely useless. Since I bought the camera and the app must be downloaded, I decided to give it another shot. Footage of an actual robbery right in front of my home was conveniently missing. Everything up until the robbery was recorded and saved. Worst app ever. ### 1/5 — Camera and Cloud Service is GARBAGE *2026-07-25, version 4.6.2* I bought 3 cameras and been using is for how many months, subscribed to their cloud storage and won't have an option to record 24/7. It will only record whenever ai likes it. I have camera that won't record an obvious person and appears only on the different angle camera just for 20 seconds long. The app can't even format an SD card, all three of my camera. Both camera and the app is not worth it! The UI is easy to use, I have 4 mounted on each side of my house & it’s a 10/10. I have 4 GW30 cameras, very clear quality, the cameras actually move, so it’s comparable to a 360 view camera. You can hear audio, as well as talk thru it.
