I have purchased several Dexcom products and now Omnipod products that have been defected. My doctor submitted a prior authorization for all of these items and . So after I paid for these defective medical devices and received vouchers to replace them at drugstore, i was told that they CVS could not replace them because of expired PA. Meanwhile Oscar did not yet approve the PA submitted yesterday. Their paid customer service rep could only repeat her script. It was also extremely loud in the call center sweat shop. After I make a similar request for the Omnipod. Remember I’ve already paid about $80 for each of these items. The Oscar ai tells me to go to the ER if I’m feeling suicidal. Pretty big jump from me accusing you of fraudulent practices. It is. I’m not sure whether CVS owns Oscar or vice versa, but it’s a scam to require a prior authorization on something I have literally already paid $180 for. OSCAR, CVS are scamming its customers by requiring approval twice. Their ai questions your mental health. There were no curse words or inappropriate exclamations. Waiting 48 and now 72 hours for a replacement pump and sensor because they can’t be bothered on the weekends. Roughly 29% of our lives occur on the weekends. ### 3/5 — Can't log in *2026-05-07, version 6.36.0* What is accounts.hioscar.com and why doesn't the fingerprint work on the ipad. I use the fingerprint login, then there's a message and I have to enter the password anyway. ### 3/5 — Can't log in *2026-04-29, version 6.36.0* The keyboard doesn't fit in the smaller app shape on the iPad. No keyboard means I can't log in. March 3, 2026. *2026-03-20, version 6.35.0* An agent from Oscar spoke with me over the phone and asked me for more information. I had to give my Social Security number to this person named Juradi or Yoradi. I hope this isn't a scam—I don't understand why that representative is causing a problem. Thank you ### 1/5 — Terrible UX *2026-03-09, version 6.35.0* The worst provider I’ve ever had. Period. They go out of their way to prevent you from copying your ID number for pasting, like getting a bloodwork appointment, for example. But the button to see the EOB doesn’t work. Their AI chat bot for seeing care is trash. I didn’t know Walgreens wasn’t an in-network pharmacy but instead their AI tried to gaslight me by saying there no place called Walgreens. ### 1/5 — Dysfunctional *2026-02-05, version 6.33.0* Not yet functional or efficient ### 3/5 — App looks user friendly, but pointless *2026-01-28, version 6.33.0* The app is user friendly, easy to navigate, but for being a “virtual health hub” as they push everything virtual, actually getting care continued that did not start with their virtual platform is a nightmare. ### 3/5 — Keep getting logged out *2026-01-19, version 6.33.0* When the app is working, it’s pretty streamlined and great! That said, it often won’t let me in, which is a problem. I have it set up to use Face ID, and often it spins and gives me a checkmark like it has worked, and then still makes me sign in. I can’t remember my password (hence face id), so I keep having to reset it, and then I get locked out of my account for “too many attempts”. So again, when it lets you in, it’s a great app! Don’t even bother with the app. Website also does not work or load ### 4/5 — iPhone Login *2026-01-14, version 6.32.0* The Oscar Health App for an iPhone is designed to use Safari as its default browser when logging in which I’ve found you cannot change. In order to log in on the app you must go into the phone’s SETTINGS then(however you get to an individual app’s settings) to SAFARI then to ADVANCED. Make sure BLOCK ALL COOKIES is turned OFF. Hope this helps to avoid several calls to CSR. BTW the CSR co-signed sending a review. ### 1/5 — Cannot Sign In *2025-11-22, version 6.29.0* I cannot sign in to my account on the app and web browser on my phone. It is only giving me a white screen.
