Well still cant figure somethings out as there is no, FAQ regarding to specific app or device ### 1/5 — What a terrible app *2025-03-28, version 5.0.5* You guys should get a real UX designer and a CX manager. The app is abominable and the instructions to set up the system are dismal. The kit I just bought is going strait to Facebook marketplace. I am thinking in the area of 50$ for the control and 50$ for the max… ### 1/5 — Really bad design and functionality *2024-12-21, version 5.0.5* The app doesn’t work. User friendliness is zero. Lack of documentation. To avoid product line. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-02-10* It’s hard to believe a company would sell a product that can’t connect to their app. This system needs some serious work. Better of buying a Bluetooth connector, this app when connected to the OSD device does not work 90% of the time and when it does it is brutally slow. ### 3/5 — Mute button *2023-12-29* The mute button on the iPhone version is working in reverse. Mute activates sound for the zone while unmuting actually mutes. Everything else seems to work. Feature request. Export and import settings so I don’t have to keep typing my zone, source names on my family’s phones. ### 3/5 — It’s not working, *2023-09-05* I am trying to play music on my speakers but it won’t work, get some work done please ### 1/5 — No support at all *2023-07-12* This app is buggy and doesn’t function properly the majority of the time. When it malfunctions it will turn the volume all the way up while turning the balance all the way to one side. So you get the opportunity to blow out half of your speakers if you don’t have a DB limiter in place. When reaching out to OSD for assistance they ignore you. So thanks for that OSD. I was buying my audio equipment from OSD. I have since been looking for other vendors. If you spend a few minutes you can find the “Nero Max12” at other venders. ### 3/5 — It’s okay *2023-04-09* It’s takes 3-5 seconds to respond, but there’s a problem when I switch a song on Spotify it takes Atleast 4 seconds to play the next song, get some work done ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2023-03-17* The app does not sync with the amplifier 75% of the time, is not intuitive, and locks up often. I am seriously disappointed after purchasing the OSD MAX-12. The amp is decent but if I cannot control it, then what is the point! This app feels like it was written in Tcl/Tk and is ancient from a UX perspective -- but that really doesn't matter since it doesn't work and control the amp anyway. ### 1/5 — Very disappointing *2023-02-04* My main zones use 8 ohm speakers so I have to connect in bridge mode. The audio controls in the app do not recognize this and now my speakers work in only one channel, so I miss out of so much sound!
