1.	Leave Duration Unit Adjustment
For leave types calculated by hours (such as Personal Leave and Compensatory Leave), the requested duration now only supports increments of 0.5 hours (e.g., 0.5h, 1h, 1.5h, etc.).
	2.	Carry-Forward Leave Added to Annual Leave List
The Leave Management data list now includes Carry-Forward (CF) Annual Leave records.
	3.	Approval Task Timeout Reminder
If a leave approval request remains unprocessed for more than one week, the system will automatically send an email reminder to the approver every day at 8:00 AM.
	4.	Project Assignment Field Update
The “Project Assignment” field on the leave detail page has been renamed to “Ongoing Project Assignment”, and pagination support has been added.
	5.	Leave Cancellation Feature Released
Employees can now submit leave cancellation requests via the Web portal or mobile App.
	•	Pending leave requests can be withdrawn directly.
	•	Approved leave requests can be cancelled through an approval process.
	•	Leave can be cancelled for the current month (based on leave start date) and for future dates.
	•	Leave records for the previous month will be locked on the 1st of each month (based on leave start date).
	•	For cross-month leave cases where cancellation is required in the second month, special handling is required. Please email your Line Manager and GM, and forward the approved email to (IDE unified email address?) for processing.
	•	Please update the App to the latest version to use this feature.
