Initially, the account showed profits and everything seemed fine. When I tried to withdraw my funds (including the profits), the withdrawal request was rejected. Since then, there has been no proper response from the broker or support. Multiple attempts to follow up have gone unanswered. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Encouraging deposits while making it difficult (or impossible) to withdraw profits raises serious concerns. It has been more than 25 days since I requested a withdrawal, but they keep saying it is “under process” and continue delaying it. The company does not have a customer support phone number. They only provide one or two WhatsApp numbers, but they never give a clear answer. Instead, they keep making excuses and delaying the withdrawal every day. If anyone else has faced the same issue, please file a complaint so that this company can be investigated and other people do not become victims of this alleged fraud. I have become extremely frustrated and will now be filing a complaint with the Cyber Crime authorities.
