This app will assist in calculating a variety of Cutting Parameters for:
*Drills
*Taps
*Endmills 
*Ballnose "Effective Diameter"

This app will also calculate proper Tap Drill Sizes based off of your desired Thread Percentage for:
Inch, Cut Taps
Inch, Form Taps
Metric, Cut Taps
Metric, Form Taps

This app will give you the suggested Tap Drill Sizes for:
NPT (Tapered Pipe Threads)
NPS (Straight Pipe Threads)

Provided within this app is a full Decimal Equivalent Calculator with results for Number Drills, Letter Drills, Fractional Drills and Metric Drill diameters.

this should have a material selector and into osf mill data. The way it is now you would open a paper book with that information and use this side-by-side. That defeats the purpose of having an app.
