Excellent waitlist app with smart IVR integration. The app makes it very easy for customers to join the waitlist, see real-time wait updates, and get notified when their table is ready. I really like that customers can view the menu while waiting, which improves the overall experience. The wait-time prediction is impressive and helps manage expectations accurately. Simple, smooth, and top-class user experience.
