Downloaded the app and try to register a profile, entered all info but the register button is not active therefore couldn’t register.  Call customer service in North America, they said sorry couldn’t help!

**Developer response:** Hi, we apologize for any issue you might be having! please advice which platform you try to register, through Facebook, email address or Apple ID, Could you send details of what you are experiencing to our customer support at apps.support@osim.com.sg? We'll get you up and running.

App没啥功能就不说了，连着App，遥控不能操作，需要断开WiFi，然后下次重新连又得输入一遍WiFi密码。你们做东西稍微用点心都不至于做成这样
