However each program only lasts 15min. We have attempted to replicate the problem on our end, but have been unable to do so. Please allow us some time to investigate this matter further. But after not using it for a few days, it could not be connected to any of my Apple device anymore, kept showing cannot pair. A useless chair sitting in my living room for weeks now **Developer response:** We regret the inconvenience; please uninstall and reinstall uDiva 3 App, at the same time please power off the main switch of uDiva 3 and wait for few minutes and turn it on to try again. if the problem still persist, please do not heaitate to contact us at apps.support@osim.com.sg, we will help to get it run. ### 1/5 — Buggy app *2024-08-19, version 1.2.14* App is really buggy. I reset to Sofa mode and click “don’t show this again”, but the prompt page always come back when I relaunch the app. Deleted and reinstalled same thing. When detecting shoulders or changing sofa mode and you go to another app, the app will freeze and the rollers stop moving. Been like this for the longest time.
