I’ve tried redownloading and forgetting the device but didn’t work. The Bluetooth connection works for the speaker only. **Developer response:** Please power off the massage chair and wait for few minutes and turn it on and try to pair again, if you still encounter any issue, please send the details of your situation to our customer support at apps.support@osim.com.sg. We'll get you up and running. ### 3/5 — Good machine, bad app *2023-01-09, version 1.5.0* Overall it is a good massage chair in terms of quality and functions. User must create account to login, good for tracking and customization. However, the customization part is not user friendly. The control panel on the chair is very limited, beyond basic. Only three modes, not even a full body button. All massage mode are set to 15 min and cannot change. For some reason, the motors are making a loud noise, this includes noises from the scent release hole on the right-hand side! The app is buggy, it won't stop the program fully if you press the stop button halfway through it. (the motor will stop and park wherever after the stop button is pressed) *updated response* It is not the airbag motor. When the aroma (scent) setting is turned off, that hissing noise went away. When it's on, it's only coming from the right-hand side of the chair. I have contacted the support and at this stage, the response is the same - it's normal! I would like to measure it scientifically so we can both agree there’s an issue. **Developer response:** Hi, regarding loud noise, I believe that is air bag motor noise, if it is very loud please contact OSIM customer service in Australia, as for stop in halfway the program will immediate stop and the roller will stay at whatever the position it is, this is chair firmware behavior, this is normal, if you start another program the roller will go back to home position. Thanks ### 3/5 — Too short *2022-10-06, version 1.3.0* agree with everything @casablito1977 wrote. Will add one more feature request to have routines be repeatable or longer than 15min. Having to reset everything every 15min is very annoying. You are required to start each routine in its preset chair position, and you can’t change any settings until after the routine starts. You also cannot change any settings while the routine is paused, so it feels like you have to fight the machine to change any settings. Another annoying design is that you need to keep holding the chair adjustment buttons until it reaches the target position, even for presets like zero gravity, upright and even the required starting position for each massage routine! I have three suggestions to make the app better: 1) Allow settings to be customized BEFORE the routine starts. 2) Don’t force the user to move the chair to the required position for each routine. 3) Users should only need to hold down the position preset buttons for 1 or 2 seconds and then the chair should keep moving until it gets there (comfort, zero gravity, upright and routine start position) **Developer response:** We've forwarded your feedback to our developers. U use the app to connect uDream chair, but u still need to go to system settings to manually connect to the speaker if u want to listen music. Why can’t u implement the app to connect both chair and speaker? So troublesome and not user friendly. 2. On top of that, the connection between the app and the chair keeps disconnecting. How will we enjoy the massage if it keeps disconnecting? 3. The app has no user profile concept, everyone has to register for their own use. Each time when switching n between user, u have to log out and login, super annoying 4. The time length for each massage is fixed for short 15 mins. Do u know how annoying this is??? After 15 mins, if u wanna massage again, u have to calibrate the chair for every 15 mins. Ambience light - doesn’t remember previous setting to switch off Volume while playing music even at softest level is still too loud, allow smaller adjustments if possible. Customised massage doesn’t allow customisation for legs and thighs.
