An email will work for a bit. Then it says password is invalid. I update it. But it will not work. I have to use a different email. I am running out of emails. What is the problem? ### 3/5 — U love 3 *2026-04-14* Had the massage chair for just over a year now, wish the app would have a one tap option instead of having to hold the button down till the massage starts. For a $8k+ massage chair the quality needs to be better, you hear a lot of plastic sound during the massage and the rollers are not smooth when it is massaging. It’s as if the roller is rubbing against the cloth and getting caught. As if there no oil and you’re getting dry massage with the persons hand being rough and not gliding. Response from customer service is long and state its “normal” parameters. **Developer response:** Kindly note that the massage chair does not support one-tap to start massage, this is because each program is designed with a recommended seating position to ensure optimal effectiveness and to comply with safety standards. We recommend following the preset positioning as guided by the chair for the best massage experience. ### 3/5 — App update *2025-09-29, version 1.54.1* The app is not working all of a sudden I can’t log in either from my iPhone or my iPad I have removed and reinstalled the new Osim well being app but I still can’t sign on. My uDream pro massage chair only has a few feature when the app doesn’t work. I have owned the massage chair for about two years and have got logged out by it for no reason a few times. Logging back on is frustrating. It’s a massage chair which is not portable and we just use our device as a remote. There’s no cybersecurity concern at all if they don’t ask for personal information like phone number. I don’t have the time to reset the app every single time I want to use the $300 eye massager… now it asked me to update the app and it won’t download. We will help you at the earliest. ### 1/5 — Constant disconnects, keeps signing out when the app crashes the whole thing stops working *2025-03-24, version 1.49.2* Terrible app, previous versions of the chair is better without the app and need for Bluetooth connectivity. App constantly errors out and automatically disconnects you and it’s a struggle to sign back in due to errors. It’s a massage chair you don’t need an app, previous versions of the chairs worked perfectly fine with a controller. ### 1/5 — Massage stops after a few minutes. Loses connection *2025-03-19* I’ve already email about this but have been asked to send a video. When you record the screen the phone does not go to sleep and thus the session doesn’t abruptly stop. If I manual turn off the screen the massage will stop in approx two minutes. If I let the screen turn off automatically the massage will stop about two minutes after the screen automatically turns itself off. The must be some keepalive issue with the program. Have since bought a new chair which works off the new app and have had nothing but trouble. Recently the Bluetooth connection drops so often that it’s impossible to run the program through the app. I reached out to customer service, but they told me they can’t do anything about the app issue, which was very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Painful to use *2025-08-20* This app literally log you out EVERYDAY. When you just want to sit down and relax and get some good massage, hey, first, you’ll have to log in again. If this is by design, something is wrong with Osim team.
