This app should not be marketed as ‘full features’ as when purchased through apple I was not given a username and so cannot login to use telemedicine. The 2stars is because it is a decent dicom viewer for local use.

После долгого перерыва снова установил приложение, за БЕССРОЧНУЮ лицензию которой заплатил ранее, но оно так и требует оплатить подписку за 799 рублей в месяц. Иначе работать напрочь отказывается. Больше одной звезды не заслуживает, так как вроде и есть, но не работает.

Seemingly not the only one affected by the change from a paid app to a subscription model. 

Having previously used for teaching and found it quite useful I had a period of not using HD due to a change in role. Coming to use it again the app has become a subscription model now and the original functionality from purchasing the app for £20.99 has been lost behind a paywall. 

I have tried ‘restore purchase’ but get a ‘you don’t have an active subscription - please subscribe message’. I can’t log in to the software as it previously didn’t require you to have an OsiriX account so at present I’m stumped without the application I paid for. Have contacted Pixmeo and await a response but not hopeful given other comments here. 

Disappointing as although the subscription model is now common I feel functionality bought before this should be honoured. Two stars as previously it was relatively useful - now useless.

Já comprei o programa é agora querem cobrar mensalidade?
Antigamente eu consegui enviar exames do meu OsiriX do Mac, o qual comprei uma licença, para o software de vocês. Mas agora não mais.

Auch ich gehöre zu den geprellten Altkunden, die vormals eine uneingeschränkte Vollversion per Einmalkauf erworben haben und jetzt durch ein „Update“ hier sämtlicher Funktionalität beraubt wurden, bzw. auf einer komplett unbrauchbaren Demoversion sitzenbleiben. Das geht so GAR NICHT und grenzt auch schon an Betrug. Natürlich kann man nicht Updates bis in alle Ewigkeit verlangen, aber dann stellt halt einfach die Entwicklung der alten App ein und veröffentlicht ein neues OsirixHD 2 als Abovariante - aber lasst die Funktionalität der alten Version für deren Käufer unangetastet! Oder macht neue Features eben nur den neuen Abokunden verfügbar. So machen es im Übrigen auch alle anderen App-Entwickler. Und P.S. an den „Support“: Spart Euch doch endlich den unnützen Kommentar mit dem Wiederherstellen der Käufe - das funktioniert nämlich auch zwei Jahre später immer noch nicht, wie ihr aus den bisherigen Rezensionen eigentlich auch wissen solltet.

There is no subscription model for the casual non-medical user. 120$ per year for an app such that the user can look at various image sets once or twice a year in comparison to other image sets (as big as 10k images per date)… this is an outrageous cost model. Please come up with something better - a reasonable alternative. And allowing the user to load only a handful of images without subscription is extremely impractical from a use case perspective other than “what does this app do”.

Bonjour,
J’ai acheté cette application chère, pour un particulier, dans le passé pour pouvoir visualiser les dicom de mes examens.
Aujourd’hui il faut un abonnement mensuel juste pour pouvoir importer les nouveaux examens.
Complètement nul. Je ne sponsorise pas ce genre de pratique, c’est une arnaque de retirer des fonctionnalités qu’on avait payé et donc je ne recommande pas cette application.

Nach dem Import von DICOM-Daten werden diese unwiderruflich von der Importquelle (Stick/iPad) gelöscht!!
Sie werden auch nicht in die Datenbank importiert, obwohl die App eine positive Import-Meldung anzeigt, die Daten sind einfach weg!

If restore Purchases it only notifies me I don’t have an active subscription. So still 50 Bucks for nothing…

Требует денег по подписке . Хотя у меня годовая подписка в декстопной версии. Режима MPR нормального нет …. 
Не рекомендую. Хорос получается лучше и честнее .

The software no longer functions at all!  It worked great for 7 years, used by me and 3 ENT partners to be able to view Dicom CT’s on our IPads in the operating room for our sinus surgery cases. However, since about 3/1/2024, none of us can transfer images to our IPads, even though we all have separate active subscriptions through the Apple Store. The app says “no active subscription” , though all subscriptions are paid. Also, no support is available to fix the problem or cancel the subscription.

J avais acheté cette application en achat unique a presque 30€ et au final je n’ai plus le droit de l’utiliser car c’est passé en abonnement. Sauf qu’au moment de l’achat il n’était pas précisé que ca serait très limite dans le temps. Pratique commerciale plus que douteuse pour un logiciel initialement académique !

I’m disappointed with Pixmeo’s changes to the OsiriX app. Features previously available in my purchased OsiriX HD are now locked behind a paid subscription. Uploading and accessing my images, once included, now require an additional subscription, impacting loyal users.

If you have experienced this issue, you can file a direct complaint on the App Store or report it to Apple.

… and the app it’s just way too expensive for someone who just wants to browse some x-rays maybe once or twice and then not use it again. I tried to open some files that I got from my radiologist that worked on the version of this app that was on the CD on my Macintosh, but when I tried to open the same files on my iPhone, it was really restrictive 
Ffirst It wouldn’t even let me pull them over and then when I kind of find a tricky way to bring them over it wouldn’t let me open them up at all so there’s no way to view an image unless you pay.

Osirix ist auf dem Rechner eine tolle Software. 
Jedoch für iPad/iPhone eine absolute Zumutung. 

Für 12€/mtl (!!!) habe ich tatsächlich höhere Erwartungen gehabt. Als reiner DICOM-Viewer eigentlich eine Frechheit. Aber als mir die Software neulich ohne jeden Grund sämtliche Daten löschte, war auch für mich genug. Dafür sollte es eigentlich MINUS FÜNF STERNE geben.

Данное приложение для айфонов и айпадов приобрела много лет назад, однако сразу не удалось настроить доступ к pacs серверу. 
Да, в настоящее время, пришлось оплатить подписку за 799 рублей, хотя в 2016г было заявлено приобретение без всяких подписок и продлений, но что-то пошло не так)
Сейчас без проблем все настройки к серверу взял, предварительно создавайте впн-соединение на вашем гаджете! Осирикс прекрасен для всех модульностей!

Good program for the first and fast view on the go (iPad).

Please add the possibility to scroll images by clicking the mouse button and move it up and down (like in desktop version).

3D VR for future, if possible (I am not sure about anought performance on iPad Pro).

Yes, we are working on adding VTK and ITK, for 3D post-processing and advanced image analysis.

I had used the free version on OSX, using it to view both x-rays and MRI's.  It does a fantastic job and I am using it now to archive all of my radiology data.  This iPad app allows all of that data to be portable and viewable with doctors.

Die Datenübertragung von der MAC Version ist ganz einfach. Das iPad erscheint im Menü. Einfach die Studie da drauf ziehen. Kontrast und Helligkeit per Finger horizontal vertikal auf dem Bild, genial! Zwei Serien lassen sich nebeneinander synchronisiert mit Referenz-Linien anzeigen. Supernützlich wenn man was verdächtiges gefunden hat. Ich benutze diese App als Patient. Was die Ärzte unglaublicherweise übersehen haben, kann ich beim nächsten Besuch auf dem iPad zeigen. Für mich ist diese App vermutlich ein Lebensretter.
