## What is OSM ~ Coach Osama?

OSM is the official coaching app from Mohamed Osama. It puts your personalized training and nutrition programs, your progress, and your coach in one place — so every day you know exactly what to do.

YOUR PLAN, EVERY DAY
Open the app and see today's workout and today's meals laid out for you. No spreadsheets, no scrolling through chat history — just the plan your coach built for you, updated as you progress.

TRAINING
Follow structured workouts with sets, reps, and coach notes. Log your sessions as you go and build a training history you can actually look back on.

NUTRITION
Your meal plan, portions, and targets, written for your goals and adjusted as your body changes.

CHECK-INS
Submit regular check-ins with your weight, measurements, and progress photos. Your coach reviews them and adapts your program — so the plan keeps moving with you.

DIRECT MESSAGING
Message your coach directly inside the app. Ask questions, send form videos, and get answers without losing them in a crowded inbox.

STREAKS, POINTS, AND CHALLENGES
Earn points for the work you put in, keep your daily streak going, and take part in challenges with a leaderboard to keep you honest on the days motivation runs low.

BUILT FOR CONSISTENCY
Reminders and notifications keep your workouts, meals, and check-ins on schedule — because results come from showing up, not from perfect weeks.

An active coaching subscription with Mohamed Osama is required to access your programs.
