Once the map layout and configuration is adjusted, it’s one thing after another for why it will crash. Either the navigation wont work, or the custom route will not display - support is not too helpful either, with the same answer every time. Reset, uninstall, reinstall and if the issue persists, send the logs. After 1 year of using (or trying to!) I still only manage to get work arounds and fractional usage.
