## What is Osmi?

Osmi holds your thyroid story between doctor visits.

You see your doctor for about fourteen minutes a year. Your blood results change every few months. How you feel changes every day. Osmi is for the gap in between.

READ YOUR OWN LAB RESULTS
Photograph your report. Osmi reads the numbers, the units, and the range your own lab printed — then shows each result on that range. Never "normal", never a verdict we invented. Your document, made legible.

SEE IF ANYTHING IS ACTUALLY CHANGING
Every result you add makes the next one mean more. Your TSH over time, what moved since your last panel, and which markers your panel didn't include.

HOW YOU FEEL, BESIDE THE NUMBERS
Ten seconds a day. Energy, brain fog, feeling cold. Your body signals from Apple Health sit next to them, compared with your own recent usual — not a population average.

WALK IN PREPARED
A short summary for your appointment: your latest results, what you have noticed, and what you changed since last time.

YOUR CYCLE, TOO
A calm period tracker in the same app. Tap any day to log one, fix a mistake, or add a past period. Honest estimates after two cycles, and never a prediction dressed up as a fact.

WHAT OSMI WILL NOT DO
Osmi is educational, not medical advice. It never diagnoses, never tells you what dose to take, and never claims one thing caused another. It can suggest asking your doctor. It will never talk you out of it.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-08-01

Osmi now reads your blood tests.

• Photograph a lab report and Osmi pulls out the markers, the units, and the range your own lab printed — then shows each result on that range.
• Your TSH over time, what moved since your last panel, and which markers your reports don't cover yet.
• A body dashboard that compares your heart rate, sleep and steps with your own recent usual, not a population average.
• A summary to take to your appointment.

We also corrected what the app tells you about Apple Health, so it now lists every signal Osmi reads.

### 1.2 — 2026-07-25

Osmi has a new look.

Today is now a calm, single screen: your cycle day and the one thing worth doing today, over a quiet landscape instead of a wall of cards. The rest of the app matches — one consistent design, clearer numbers, and text that scales with your iPhone's text-size setting.

As always: no account, no ads, and your logs stay on your device.

### 1.1 — 2026-07-18

Osmi is now a simple, private period & cycle tracker.

- Your cycle at a glance — one tap a day to log
- Month calendar: tap any day to log or edit, and page back to add past periods
- Cycle ring with your period, ovulation estimate, and expected window
- Ten-second daily check-ins
- Import your history from Apple Health (read-only)

Everything stays on your device — no account, no cloud.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-07-17

A fresh, focused Osmi built around your cycle:
- New home card: your day, your phase, one tap to log
- Month calendar — tap any day to log or edit
- Cycle ring with your period, estimates, and expected window
- Ten-second daily check-ins
- Read-only Apple Health import
Everything stays on your device.
