### 2/5 — Chat with Clinician feedback

Having ‘Return’ act as a duplicate submit action is causing double messaging in almost all of my chats. 

User scenario:

1) typing a message to clinician and making minor edits

2) accidentally bumping return causes an immediate send but still preserves everything written in the text box

3) go to actually press ‘submit’ and realize there is a duplicate submission, usually with only half the message as the first was an accidental send

4) no unsend option or edit (to my knowledge) leaving multiple messages in chat which can cause some confusion

UX options for fix:

1) Add a confirmation dialog before actually sending the text, preserving double submit functionality for phones that may need it

2) remove the functionality from ‘return’ and let it add a line break as it is designed to do 

3) unsend or edit of message if you don’t want to do 1 or 2 (with possible preservation of original for legal purposes) 

This is super annoying and such a trivial thing to correct. 👌🏼

This app is an absolute joke.   Read the prior reviews. It’s not working for anybody. 

The activation process is completely broken .   Whoever is in charge of this company should be embarrassed of themselves. 

Anyone knows anything about technology programming and apps this is an extremely cheap quick and easy problem to resolve .  The fact, they lack the incompetence to fix it by now shows the low caliber individuals behind this product.

Activating an account is an endless loop. Resetting your password doesn’t work either. Every email is just a magic link that re-opens the app on the startup screen. Maddening.

This is probably the worst patient portal/billing system I have seen. When a payment is applied, you do not get any information as to what date of service it was for, just “Hey fam, we took $124, good luck figuring out what it was for!” So you have to contact your provider to find out. There is also no billing history, 2-factor auth,  or biometric login. The billing rep at the provider has even stated she’s not a fan of this, yet they selected it.

If I could give no stars, I would. My husband and I see the same doctor who we like but one medication was never sent to my pharmacy and none for my husband!!!
The pharmacys have called. This was since October 15th!! I have called many times and no one ever answers or calls back. 
My insurance has called to get information they needed. They never responded. 
We have no other choice but to change to another office. We are disgusted.
