We’ve double checked emails, looked through all inboxes and spam folders and even tried a secondary email and nothing. Despite giving the correct answers and meeting the conditions of the problem, even to the point of using the hints to make it match the hint, the answer is still not accepted. Forcing is close results in the loss of progress, which just compounds their frustration. When I used almost all my Rainbow Pops, to upgrade my Dragon to level four, it lost its eyes! It creeps me out. We get to putting the magic sparkles in the bottom box and then nothing happens. Even the Food Truck game was themed this way. I avoided purchasing one of the other titles that had a more obvious theme. My little one loves math but this isn’t a good fit. Also , the games are not very intuitive for young ones. My child got bored and wanted to do something else. I wasted money on this one. We do enjoy some of the other programs offered by Osmo but I think we will keep our money in the future. ### 3/5 — Good Game but….. *2022-06-03, version 1.4.5* The concept of the game is great and me and my buddies enjoyed it while it lasted. But on like our fourth dragon the game wouldn’t scan the chips so we could no longer play the game. You should really fix this. The game is a great game with solid learning but the camera messes everything up.
