There is no password reset, only an “account confirmation code” that never gets sent. The app is fine in terms of tracking kids and their growth, and what they are up to, and has a good UX. But while using my own iPad Mini 6, it says the reflector is not compatible, but then the offer to send a free compatible reflector with adjustable mirror is a broken link. Similarly, all support and help links through the app and website from my desktop are unavailable pages or broken links.
