Обратите пожалуйста на это внимание!!!!! ### 2/5 — Foot *2025-02-14, version 1.5.7* I love my new foot. I dislike the App. I have to delete the app once a week and reset everything. This is very frustrating. I have to set my foot up to my shoes all over again. This is frustrating because I have my foot set to exercise mode and then have to reset it. Can not adjust walking parameters, only Extention Hold, and shows step count. My prosthetist was able to make adjustments but he's an hour away, I need to make these adjustments constantly depending on my daily activity, shoe, socket, etc. ### 2/5 — Incompatibilité avec XSMax. *2019-01-30, version 1.3.1* Lappli fonctionnait correctement avec mon ancien iPhone. Elle ne fonctionne plus correctement avec le nouveau. Ce n’est pas une question de version iOS puisque la même version et la même appli sur un autre appareil fonctionne. Messieurs de chez Ossur corrigez cela rapidement : c’est très pénalisant de ne pas connaître le niveau de la batterie de son genoux en déplacement. Et je ne vais pas me balader avec plusieurs appareils juste pour pallier à un bug. Par ailleurs’ ne voulez vous pas permettre à vos utilisateurs plus de paramétrage ? Hormis le niveau de batterie et le réglage du bip sonore l’appli ne sert pas à grand chose. D.avance merci ! ### 2/5 — Mr. *2017-09-18* This app would be more useful if the number for the battery level readings were larger. As it is now, I need glasses to read the small numbers. The old app was much better. ### 3/5 — Bare Bones *2017-05-16, version 1.1.1* This app will tell you how many steps you have taken since activating your knee for the first time. It also lets you know how much battery life you have left in the knee. That's all the information you get. It would be nice to see in a future update, the ability to reset the steps recorded, like a cars tripometer. Intermittent BLUE TOOTH connectivity! Have to toggle BT off/on multiple times or even FORGET DEVICE on IPhone/IPAD TO CONNECT, EVERY TIME!!! MAKE SURE U HAVE the BT PIN COMMITTED to MEMORY because U WILL NEED IT, FREQUNTLY! Toggling the Foot off/on SOMETIMES works. END USER has VERY limited function, WE HAVE to go to PROSTHETIST to make changes to incline & stair settings??? REALLY??? UNABLE to delete prior Devices. So it always defaults to the FIRST DEVICE. For the amount of MONEY WE INVEST in the DEVICE, OSSUR SHOULD make the APP USER FRIENDLY with SENSIBLE & COMPLETE END USER FUNCTIONS!!!!!! GET AN ANDROID VERSION!!! ONE of, if not THE WORST APPS EVER CREATED!!! ### 1/5 — Unausgereift *2025-08-27, version 1.5.7* Die App ist nicht ausgereift. Obwohl email und Passwort richtig sind wird angezeigt dass Passwort bzw. Mailadresse ungültig sind. Und wenn man dann auf Passwort zurücksetzen geht kommt keine Mail im Postfach an. Bei Össur nachgefragt wurde ich an den Ortopädietechniker verwiesen, der sagte mir er hätte auch mehrfach Probleme mit der App gehabt. ### 1/5 — Was good till it wasn’t *2025-04-19, version 1.5.7* Was working fine and allowing connection to my leg prior to the latest update. Now I’m not able to use the app at all after the update as the app will open, freeze, then crash. If I uninstall to try to revert the the previous version that worked I will lose all of my custom settings that are in place for various activities. Fix the app please!!!!! ### 1/5 — Needs fixing *2024-12-05, version 1.5.6* Please for the love of god sort this app out. As iOS has updated the app disconnect every two minutes and makes using it a real pain. I have tried all the usual fixes or reinstalling the app, forgetting the device to re-pair and once you connect and align the foot via the app moments later you hear the chime as it disconnects again. It also disconnects if you use the photo app or FaceTime. It is a real problem and needs addressing Also adding a preset feature would be a massive help for example preset 1 would be a type of shoe, preset two my work boots. It would not be a difficult part to write into an app and I would make the process so much easier than the clunky sliding bar or auto align which doesn’t always get it right. ### 1/5 — Lack of features and app modernization *2023-11-26, version 1.4.6* Does not keep track of steps taken on each day. This is a very important feature for amputees and should be fairly easy. Haven’t seen any feature improvements or maintenance on the app for the past 3 years. Very disappointed. Wasted potential. ### 1/5 — Rien avoir avec la version de l’IOS *2023-08-19, version 1.4.6* Je crois que selon le niveau d’accréditation avec lequel on s’enregistre, c’est-à-dire en tant que professionnel ou utilisateur, les différentes fonctionnalités de l’application sont dévoilées en conséquences. J’irai même jusqu’à dire que cela peut jouer la détection Bluetooth du genou RHEO, puisque celle-ci soit sera indisponible. En somme, Ossür met les usagers de son genou sous tutelle du prothésiste ! ### 1/5 — Jetzt geht gar nichts mehr *2023-01-27, version 1.4.4* Vorher hat er nach ein paar Tagen, erst den linken Fuß rausgeworfen und nun nach knapp einer Woche beide! I love the ability to be able to adjust ankle rotation manually. But it does not connect to my proprio foot in iOS 18.1. I tested it in my wife’s phone which has an older iOS and it connected there. In my iOS 18.1 the error message is ‘Connecting timed out’. Please fix this. Thanks ### 5/5 — Will we see Face ID in later versions? *2021-08-27, version 1.4.1* This would be a useful feature for faster login. If you use the app not so often it does an auto-logout (which is not a bad thing at all regarding security). Face ID would give you antastet re-login. ### 5/5 — A+!!! *2019-08-01, version 1.3.1* As a bionic user and patient I love the new update to the Össur Logic App. Throughout the day I like to check my step count for my Rheo Knee and Proprio feet. The app allows me to make heel height adjustments, check battery life and offers a training mode where I can practice at home, at work and on the go. This feature has great potential for physical therapists and practitioners training new patients and is revolutionizing the prosthetic industry. Wie kann ich auf der einen Seite 5000 Schritte haben und auf der anderen Seite nur 2000? Die App loggt mich öfter einfach aus oder erkennt den Fuß nicht, dann muss ich diesen komplett aus meiner Bluetoothliste löschen und neu hinzufügen. Upon start all I see is Ossur Logic logo, after 20 seconds the app closes down on its own. ### 3/5 — Works but could be better *2023-01-13* The app connects fine but has limited user settings with a few that seem crazy to have left out. For example the Proprio foot only allows you to toggle certain modes but does not allow you to adjust how much the foot flexes for stairs. This ultimately means I will have to make a 3 hour round trip for someone to connect to an app and change it in seconds costing both me and the NHS a fortune. A feature where a technician could send this adjustment to you would be game changing.
