## What is OSTEO?

You can build and strengthen your bones with our OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program Year One. Proven for pre-menopausal women from 31-50 years of age to effectively stimulate bone to benefit your hips and lumbar spine over 52-weeks.

The OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program Year One costs US$24.99 for 12-months access. No free trial is offered with the Bone Health Program. Once you download and register for the App, you get FREE access to the Pre-Conditioning Program and FREE access to the Stretching Program.

Future access, e.g., Bone Health Year One or Bone Health Year Two, will require manual separate payments of US$24.99 for Year One or $28.99 for Year Two. Subscriptions do not auto-renew annually.

ONE: Prepare

Start with our OSTEO-GAINS Pre-Conditioning Program for the first 4 weeks. You will repeat each session (approximately 23-24.5 minutes) 3 times each week to get your body ready for the OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program. Complete the 12 sessions over one month before purchasing the OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program.

TWO: Stretch

Perform the OSTEO-GAINS Stretching Program (approximately 14-14.5 minutes) after every Pre-Conditioning session to help your muscles recover, or use the Stretching Program as often as you like.

THREE: Perform

The OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program Year One is performed barefooted on a firm and forgiving surface, such as carpet, grass, wooden floors or sand and works in 4-week blocks. You repeat the same session for 4 weeks before progressing to the next new 4-week block.

The OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program Year One is designed to be progressive and repetitive. This program includes osteogenic exercises that take approximately 3-5 minutes a day, and you can do them in the comfort of your own home ... while you wait for the kettle to boil.

In the OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program Year One, you will be guided through a structured exercise program that becomes progressively more difficult over 12-months.

In the Bone Health Program Year One, you will 'Jump, Jump, Rest, Repeat' to strengthen your bones 2-5 times each week, using a series of specific jumps and jump-landings. Our research found that bone health in premenopausal women improved (3.5 to 5% at the end of 12-months) when they performed the exercises, taking only 3-5 minutes a day.

Our research informed how we structured our 12-month OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program Year One. We measured improved compliance and technique, which led to significant lower body bone health improvements in our research participants.

The OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Programs are a supplementary osteogenic exercise program to specifically target bone health and can be performed alongside your regular exercise programs.

PROGRESS

Keep track of your landings/impacts progress over 52 weeks.

DEXA Scan

We recommend, where possible, getting a DEXA scan done before you start our OSTEO-GAINS Bone Health Program Year One. This will provide a benchmark measure of your current bone health and the ability to track any changes in your bone health over time.

### 5/5 — Useful, important, accessible information vital to everyone.

*2026-08-22*

I especially like that you can download the app and access research and general information regarding bone health. I also like that the pre-conditioning program is free. This program is thoughtfully put together, and I feel like I am starting my bone health journey in a well-prepared manner. I can’t wait to purchase the app and start on the year one program. I also like that the programs are presented as a long term commitment. I know increasing my bone health is not a quick fix. I feel the app supports long term commitment.

### 3/5 — Have to login every time

*2026-08-09*

I’ve been using this app for two weeks doing the preconditioning program. I like the videos but opening the app and getting to where I want to start takes several clicks and also logging in every single time. It’s annoying and I’m not sure I will continue to the paid part of the program unless they fix this. I want to open the app to the screen with the exercise videos. No intro. No login.

### 5/5 — Happy Bones

*2026-07-29, version 2.2.6*

I’m really happy with this App. I know I’m taking great care of my bone health which is really important to me. The App is simple and easy to use and I’m extremely grateful that research backs it!

### 2/5 — Beware when renewing

*2026-07-15, version 2.2.6*

My subscription expired when I wasn’t quite finished the year 1 plan so I renewed it. No I have finished the year 1 plan with 8 months left on my subscription but have to buy again if I want to move onto Year 2.

### 5/5 — Great app for stronger bones

*2026-06-09, version 2.2.6*

I’m at week 8 in the year 1 bone health program (paid) and am really enjoying it. I do a lot of varied exercise (jogging, kettle bell sprints, weights, incline treadmill, elliptical etc) and had done a little plyo beforehand but this program is a big step up. I set a daily reminder from the app which is helpful to remind me when it’s a jump day. App is basic but functional and takes 3-4 minutes a time. Already I’m noticing better spring in my jumps and I’m confident I’ll be happy w my next DEXA. If yr hesitating looking for the “perfect” program, just get this and get on with it! I’m even adding skipping rope workouts into my other days. (I’m over 60 and post meno from a family w osteoporosis)

### 2/5 — So disappointed

*2026-04-21*

I’ve had to purchase this app twice because the first time it didn’t recognize me and couldn’t locate my email/account after I’d been using it for several months. Now after the second purchase and install, it quit working after a couple months. I deleted and reloaded, and now again it refuses to recognize my email/account. So frustrating! Sent email to the company but they say it will take “2-3 business days” to respond. Arg!

### 1/5 — It’s good…when it works

*2026-04-21*

App is very buggy. Sometimes it will open up and work flawlessly and other times will not open at all. It defeats the point of trying to use this on a consistent basis. When the app actually functions it’s clunky with poor production quality. The app is cheap enough, but it’s still $25 wasted. Do not purchase.

### 1/5 — Purchased app does not allow you to login

*2026-04-21, version 2.2.6*

Very complicated crappie app. Does not allwo hou to log in

### 1/5 — Buggy

*2026-04-13, version 2.2.6*

Couldn’t even create a login. That buggy.

### 3/5 — Suggestions for improvement

*2026-03-26, version 2.2.5*

I love that this app exists and would like to make some suggestions for improvement having used it for a year now. 1) add ‘get ready’ or ‘5 seconds to go’ at the end of the 30 second gaps between sets. I don’t know a single woman with 30 seconds to wait who will stare at a countdown clock - we go do something and need a VERBAL cue when time is nearly up, 2) calendar-style dashboard to show target and progress ie. something that shows I completed the programme 3 times last week, 4 times this week etc. Even better if it shows what I should be aiming for too. If this exists, I can’t find it and given this is the whole point of the app, I feel like it should be the Home Screen, especially for people already using the app (new users may need an intro screen). I keep a separate chart on paper to record what I’ve done which seems crazy. I hope this feedback is helpful.
