OsteoPlan is an all-in-one orthopaedic planning, measurement, and case management app for surgeons and trainees, designed entirely by an Orthopaedic surgeon to reflect real clinical workflows. Measure coronal and sagittal limb alignment, plan osteotomies including HTO and DFO with correction simulation, and use dedicated spine and trauma angle tools alongside built-in image measurement and annotation tools. Store complete patient cases with images, intra-operative findings, post-operative records, and follow-ups. Export annotated images, PDFs, or full case folders for documentation, teaching, and presentations — all features included, completely free. Designed for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with Apple Pencil support on iPad. Core Features Orthopaedic Limb Alignment Analysis Measure HKA, MPTA, LDFA, JLCA, and sagittal alignment parameters using intuitive point-based marking and visual axis display. Osteotomy Planning Plan and simulate High Tibial Osteotomy (HTO) and Distal Femoral Osteotomy (DFO), calculate correction angles and wedge size, and visualize post-correction alignment.
