## What is Osteria Sopra il Mare?

“L’Osteria sopra il mare” nasce oltre dieci anni fa, fondata dalla famiglia Leone, Maria e Gerico, i genitori e Nicola il figlio, oggi quarantenne. 

E la sede è sempre di fronte al Porto Antico, a Sottoripa, nel cuore del Centro Storico di Genova, a due passi dalla ‘Sciamadda’ preferita da Fabrizio De André. 

E fin dalla sua nascita, ha a cuore i prodotti liguri, come l’Olio e il Vino, con una lista dedicata esclusivamente a vini prodotti in Liguria.

Anche il menu ha nel cuore Genova e la Liguria, con una rotazione che partendo dai piatti della cucina genovese, spazia con un’attenzione particolare per il pesce, il pesto e i il sugo di mare.

Tutto viene prodotto all’interno dell’osteria, dall’antipasto ai dolci, grazie all’esperienza della famiglia Leone e, in particolare di papà Gerico, che ha una lunga frequentazione nel settore, maturata anche nelle cambuse e nelle cucine delle navi da crociera e non solo.
