### 4/5 — Zählerstände lassen sich leider nicht mehr erfassen

Leider kann ich meine Zählerstände nach einem Wechsel des Stromzählers im Oktober 2025 nicht mehr mit der App erfassen. 
Nach der Aufforderung den Zählerstand zu bestätigen, bricht die Eingabe mit einer Fehlermeldung ab. Der Kundenservice konnte mir bisher nicht weiterhelfen. Update Januar 2026: Das Problem wurde inzwischen behoben. Zählerstände können wieder erfasst werden.

Ich bin seit September 2025 Kunde bei Ostrom, aber die App lässt mich immer noch keine Zählerstände eingeben – nicht einmal den ersten. Ich habe in zwei Monaten mehrere Tickets eröffnet und immer die Antwort „Warten Sie noch zwei Wochen“ erhalten, aber es wird nie etwas behoben. In der Zwischenzeit werden weiterhin monatliche Zahlungen abgebucht. Ich war schon vorher Kunde und hatte dieses Problem nie. Der Support wirkt automatisiert und wenig hilfreich – bitte beheben Sie Ihre Systemprobleme und bieten Sie echte Kontaktmöglichkeiten für Kunden!Ich werde diese 

Bewertung hier stehen lassen, bis das Problem endlich behoben ist.

Hier wird man nie im Stich gelassen, alle Fragen und Anliegen werden immer zuverlässig beantwortet und erledigt. Da braucht man keinen telefonischen Kontakt wie bei anderen Anbietern. Die Tarife sind zeitgemäß hervorragend. Alles im allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Lasst euch beraten, ob deren Tarife zu euch passen und nützlich sind!

Zur Zeit noch sehr anfällig. Die App hat recht häufig „Aussetzer“ zeigt also nicht den Preis von Morgen an, oder nicht den Verbrauch von Gestern. Außerdem ist die Bearbeitung der Tickets eher langsam. Und man kann grundsätzlich nur ein Ticket eröffnen. Wenn ich jetzt aber 2 Fragen/Probleme habe geht alles nur über ein ticket und das versteht die KI nicht und die Mitarbeiter leider auch nicht.

Seit ein paar Tagen meldet mir die App beim Öffnen immer nur, ich solle die App updaten. Ich habe aber die aktuelle Version drauf und es wird kein Update im Store angezeigt. Zudem war es bisher nach 3 Monaten nun schon nicht möglich meinen Zählerstand zu melden und den aktuellen Verbrauch angezeigt zu bekommen.

Werden 2 Verträge in der App hinterlegt so kann die App nicht beim Wechseln der Verträge auch die Zählernummer entsprechend ändern. Somit ist die Eingabe der Zählerstände mit Fehlermeldungen verbunden. Mehrfacher Neustart der App ist dann notwendig. Ansonsten gefällt mir die App gut, daher auch 3 Sterne
