The assistant who helped me was great, but the app itself has way too many notifications. I don’t need weekly prompts to chat—hopefully all is well. No news is good news.

I’ve used the chat feature in this app twice now to ask questions about doctors / coverage, both times at odd hours, and the responsiveness has been awesome! Thanks to Kaleb for being so friendly and efficient helping me tonight (nearly 10pm on a Sunday night)! I’ll definitely recommend this service to others! 👍
