Have to try and login repeatedly and rarely accepts mobile deposits. Considering switching credit unions ### 1/5 — Mobile deposit is horrneodus *2025-06-20* I just spent literally 2 hours retaking photos over and over and over and over and over again only for my check to still not be deposited because it says “blurred image” I have never held a camera so steady in my life and I’ve changed the lighting 4 times. I’ve tried everything. It just won’t go through. I love you guys as a bank you are so nice to me and so helpful when I need it but this app is horrendous. ### 1/5 — It barely ever works *2024-02-02* Like I said it barely ever works ### 1/5 — Just keeps getting worse. *2023-05-14* It seems that every time you just get used to (Oswego FCU) updated App, they change to a new one “that’s even worse” and more difficult to enroll in. I have (2) other credit unions that seem to keep the same app. w/out being subjected to security issues. Even if I change the dates to something farther out, it still only gives me the most recent dates. I’ve tried to use the website on my instead but that’s even worse.
