The push notifications don’t work which means you need to open the app wait for the log in be it pin or biometric then it’s still only a 50/50 if you have to log in again. Also the only authentication app that if you restore your device or upgrade it doesn’t work and you lock yourself out of your account until IT can get around to removing it at which point you have to uninstall the app and reinstall or you can’t register it again. When logging in to my application and an authentication request is pushed to NetIQ, many times you need to open the app to see and approve the request. Also lacks approving from Lock Screen. It’s super quick, the allow notifications pops up, and it authenticates flawlessly every time. Easy to use and setup; ignore the reviews from non-business consumer users.
