This app is simply basic illustrations of a few of the simplest OT moves.  Save your money!

Not what is specified in the description at all. More of an exercise app for people with hyper mobility in their joints. Sick of these companies exploiting people with disabilities, scumbags. Should be ashamed of yourselves. Will get better results for free on Google.
