## What is OT?

OT lets you search the Hebrew Tanach the way generations of scholars have — letter by letter.
• Find Your Name: type your name in English or Hebrew and see everywhere it appears in the Tanach — as a direct occurrence, spelled by the first letters of consecutive words (acrostic), or hidden as an equidistant letter sequence (ELS), the technique behind "Bible codes."
• Read every verse in its authentic Hebrew text, fully vocalized with niqqud and cantillation, sourced from the Aleppo Codex tradition.
• Calculate gematria (Hebrew numerology) for any word or name, and find every other word in the Tanach that shares its value.
• Save your favorite finds and revisit them anytime.
(Ot) means "letter" in Hebrew — and every single letter of the Tanach is treated as its own piece of data, making this kind of search possible.
