Mit unserer Mobilen Zeiterfassung – der OT1000 Mobile – können Ihre Mitarbeiter ganz bequem über das Smartphone Ihre Arbeitszeiten erfassen. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob das Gerät Ihres Mitarbeiters online oder offline ist. Auch wenn vor Ort kein Netz zur Verfügung stehen sollte ist eine Buchung selbstverständlich möglich. Diese Offline-Buchungen werden durch unsere Mobile Zeiterfassung verwaltet und gehen somit nicht verloren. Sobald Ihr Mitarbeiter die App das nächste mal startet und über eine Datenverbindung verfügt, werden die Buchungen automatisch an Ihr System übermittelt.
Auf Ihren Wunsch kann unsere OT 1000 Mobile auch die Position der Buchung erfassen. Diese wird dann auf einer Karte in Ihrer Software dargestellt.
