IPPEI-KUN is a mascot of a soccer league of Japan. 

he is a passionate soccer fan and has gone also to the Brazil!!
he has watched the game of the representative of Japan in Brazil. 

this is a game of such IPPEI-KUN!

The rule of this game is very simple. 
Let's swaip a stretcher and fly Ippei. 
you compete, collected tadpoles without dropping IPPEI-KUN.
