I figured it was gonna be some lame attempt by my insurance company to get me to buy stuff that I don’t need. But to my pleasant surprise, that’s not what this is this card is phenomenal. It’s accepted almost every place I shop. I haven’t been denied one item since I started using the card. It’s amazing to be able to have that extra benefit and not have to dig so far deep in my wallet, especially when there’s no money going to begin with. lol Don’t change anything! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — APP DOES NOT WORK! *2026-07-05, version 4.4.6* I don't understand what happened! This app worked a week ago but all of a sudden it doesn't! I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still shows NOTHING. It only gives me the option to show INACTIVE BENEFITS! The MY BENEFITS link goes nowhere when I click on it and the TRANSACTIONS link shows last month and that is it! Today is a holiday so when I called Customer Support, I waited over an hour and still no one answered to help me! I don’t know if there was an unofficial Update or what, but it definitely is not an appropriate time to do so! ### 1/5 — hCapcha not responding, unable to sign in *2026-06-30, version 4.4.6* All of a sudden I got signed out and the checkbox for hCapcha is not responding. I haven’t been able to sign back in for weeks. I was hoping it would be fixed eventually. Having to enter your card number, birth date etc. before logging in is so time consuming and prevents quick balance checks. The OTC section doesn’t have product listings making it difficult to know if an item is allowable. This app is a major fail for user experience. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-02-17, version 4.4.6* I type in centrum vitamins and 245 pages come up. Seriously, I am not going to scroll through that many pages to find the vitamins. Then I called the help number and they tell me that I cannot get centrum. Then why did it give me 245 pages? So my health insurance company is sending me a list of what’s eligible instead, and I will order on the phone. The app is worthless. Not recommended. ### 1/5 — Not Good *2026-02-04, version 4.4.5* I used to access Medline to use this benefit. It was easy then. This app gives you access to stores like CVS to use your benefit but the search is horrible. Confusing and way too complicated menus. It’s like pulling teeth to find a product. I wasn’t able to find a product by name only to stumble on it later. I had a shopping cart with three items and it disappeared. I was just now trying to bring up ANY product just to see if I would work and I got so frustrated I quit. I won’t use my $75 benefit . I’ve wasted more than the money they give you which was mine in the first place in time and frustration trying to find products that are way overpriced and dubious. Just the fact that they go through CVS is a tip off that it’s a bad idea.
