Nannie’s show up in a timely manner and are there for those challenging moments to help make every adventure more enjoyable. Nannies are equipped with a full bio of your child/children's likes and dislikes , as well as any special needs your child may have to better assist. 

The guardians also receive a full bio of their nannies. There is an in-app chat which allows you to reach the nanny, while the visit is still ongoing.
