And there’s like two restaurants in all of Los Angeles that you can use your credits for so it’s pretty scamming to say that you get $2000 a week or whatever. Essentially I make my own collabs and form brand relationships but the lack of employees, transparency, professionalism, and courtesy turned me off of this network. I wish they would also stop inviting me to events if I can’t even log in, lol. ### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service - Account Under Review with No Explanation *2024-08-20, version 4.3.0* I reached out about not being able to access the app although I’m still getting notifications from the platform. Initially they said it was a technical issue and to delete the app and reinstall. Then they told me that my account is actually under review and they don’t know why. Two weeks later they still don’t have an update and refuse to give any reasoning to why my account is on hold. I’m now seeing other reviews circulating about this same issue. I’ve been a faithful member since last year so I’m pretty frustrated with the blindsidedness and lack of transparency - would not recommend this app to anyone from here on out. ### 1/5 — Bad Customer Service: Unexpected Account Under Review and Zero Resolution *2024-08-03, version 4.3.0* ★☆☆☆☆ I had been a loyal member of the OTH Network until I was unexpectedly kicked off the site without any notice. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Upon trying to log in, I was greeted with a message saying, “please contact technical support for more detailed information.” Naturally, I reached out to their support team, expecting a swift resolution. However, what followed was an endless runaround. Initially, I was told that it was a technical issue and to be patient. Two weeks passed with no progress, only to be informed that they were not sure what was going on. Another two weeks later, I received a generic, unrelated response that seemed like an attempt to brush off the problem with robotic replies. The entire process was not only ineffective but deeply frustrating. The lack of communication, accountability, and resolution from OTH Network's customer service has left me extremely dissatisfied.
