## What is O.TIMER?

O.TIMER - Office health timer(Free)

Designed specifically for the office workers to design the timer.

Scientific research shows that the longer the sitting, the shorter the life! Sedentary more furious than smoking!
Nearly half of the office workers standing no more than 30 minutes a day, In the weekend desperately to do exercise also not help.

Recently, more and more diseases have been confirmed and sedentary, this phenomenon is called "sitting disease" , called it is a kind of disease, the better argument is that it is an unhealthy lifestyle.

This app defaults every 30 minutes to remind you to move up for 5 minutes, choose every 30 minutes, 40 minutes or an hour. If more than an hour does not move a move is really too unhealthy.

Only need to set up once, will automatically repeat the reminder until you press stop or exit the page more than 10 minutes after the automatic exit operation.
