The Beewi Smartpad app was 100x better. At least that let us control the bulbs we have purchased. Trying to get Otiohome to open on IPhone 14 Pro Max and that still won’t respond. Such an application should be not in the german App Store!!! To get your data. No way! Back to the previous one that still works. It has a nagging screen but you can bypass it. That stupid trend of all cloud and all accounts! That means the day they shut down or go out of business you can't use your paid products anymore. ### 2/5 — Bonne idée mais panne de notifs *2023-07-31* Séduit par le produit (surikat) et la sté française je me laisse tenter car j’ai des problèmes de coupures électriques qui reviennent souvent. Aujourd’hui je me dis « tiens je vais aller voir mon appli » et là je constate une alerte dans mon historique a 15h27. Je n’ai reçu ni mails ni notifications…. Mon frigo/congelo n’a été remis en route qu’à 22h57… la fonction première de cette prise connectée est en échec avec l’application…. Et ça fait plusieurs jours voir semaines quand je lis les derniers commentaires que ça dure… c’est quand même très anormal. ### 1/5 — Se os debería caer la cara de vergüenza *2023-05-31* Para conseguir que se abra/funcione tengo que abrirla y cerrarla una media de 6 veces (a veces ni así). Es un despropósito absoluto y una vergüenza. No compréis absolutamente nada que funcione con esta app. Actualizo: directamente ha dejado de funcionar. Ya no se abre. ### 1/5 — PLZ FIX THIS CR-APP! *2023-05-10, version 1.5.0* OtioHome app has been installed on my iPhone 8, (w/ iOS 14.2) since last Aug (same iOS version this whole time I’ve had the phone). I have a Bluetooth BeeWi bulb (the former BeeWi app worked perfectly fine btw). I’ve had no problems controlling the bulb since late last summer & well into the fall. Upon launching the app today, it now just ‘hangs’ on its loading screen (the startup screen w/ the 4 ‘bouncing’ circles). It seems it doesn’t want to fully launch. I checked for an app update - but there weren’t any (last one was a yr ago). App Store states the app is compatible with iOS 9.0 (or newer). Again, NOTHING about my iPhone 8 has changed since last fall, therefore the app should work just as it had 6-8 months ago when I last used it. It seems obvious the problem here is NOT related to ... ... an iOS incompatibility issue ... ... nor, an outdated version of the app. I’m SO ANNOYED right now! I just want to be able to control my bulb. I don’t want to have to reach out to service and support to do so. Nor deal w/ an exclusively French site that requires using my browser’s in-app translator in order to understand what I’m reading (the site also doesn’t offer info, nor solutions). ### 1/5 — App no funciona en IOS *2023-05-05* Los desarrolladores de Otio saben que su app no funciona en IOS y pasan..Nunca funciono en en iOS 15 ni iOS 16..falta de respeto hacia sus clientes, una estafa.
