In terms of making things easier, this app is at the bottom of the list. They offer “mobile” as an option to submit claims but the “app” is neither mobile friendly nor offers a digital coverage card for a digital wallet. So true, app is poorly designed and run. Nothing done for the last 6 months. I didn’t want to check the first star, but, it was the requirement to submit my review. So here is a verbal one…..BLACK STAR ### 1/5 — Does not save username or enable Face ID *2020-11-29, version 2.0* This app is useless to have, it doesn’t save your id or allow you to enable face id. The purpose of an app is to make it easier to log on and submit claims etc. This is a waste of space on my phone I might as well login to my computer if I have to take the same steps and remember all my info In order to log in. ### 1/5 — Slow and glitchy *2020-10-18, version 1.2* App is very slow and freezes often, or gets stuck as a blank white page. ### 1/5 — Not great *2020-09-21, version 1.2* The app is not as good as the website. The app used to be alright, but for nearly a year it just continually restarts after you’ve logged in, you can’t submit a claim through it, and it takes forever to load pages (then eventually crashes). You can’t do anything with this app. I can’t even view submitted claims. ### 1/5 — Everything you’ve read is true. *2024-07-12, version 3.5* I normally start with five stars and downgrade from there, but I honestly can’t think of star-worthy comments to start with. The app is, for all intents and purposes, the mobile site not even repackaged. Given that the mobile site is already frustratingly thin on features, having an app that does even less makes it, well, a little embarrassing. To echo a couple of other commenters, it would probably just be better to not have this app out there generating poor reviews. ### 1/5 — Worst app I have ever used. *2024-03-17, version 3.5* No English options. Each time I try to change the language it forces me to log in again and back to French we go. Zero support for members and impossible to use. This company has made every effort for its members to not use their benefits that they have. Much easier than using my computer!I didn’t notice any problems, bugs, or glitches. Not sure why the other reviewer disliked it so much. Maybe they have updated and improved it since then.I will definitely be using this app again. ### 3/5 — Attachments...? *2019-12-14, version 1.0* I was waiting for that App. I was wishing for an option to take a photo of receipts/medical notes to submit to insurance. Not available yet. Otherwise easy to use. ### 2/5 — Not user friendly at all. New bugs *2022-08-25, version 3.1* As of august 25 it defaults to French and will not switch back to English. Already a terrible app, this just makes its worse. Use the website to use in English. ### 2/5 — Needs login issue fixed *2022-01-15, version 3.1* App provides a convenient way to submit online claims, even if it is a bit tedious when you have more than one. The major issue has been mentioned by others. Once you login, if you are foolish enough to intentionally or accidentally navigate using the buttons at the bottom you will be forced to login again … and again. Using the Menu tab in top right corner helps avoid this issue. It would be nice if there was a way to navigate back through recent claims like you can on the website. ### 2/5 — Terribly designed *2020-01-12, version 1.0* I’m really happy that they came out with an app, except it’s basically the same as the website which one could use in their phone browser. The app is more counterintuitive and difficult to use than the website. For example why does language selection get its own entire section at the bottom?
