Indigne d’une société comme OTIS qui détient pourtant une grande place sur le marchés des ascenseurs

Application inutilisable impossible de créer son espace en tant que propriétaire... ascenseur en panne depuis bientôt 3 semaines impossible d avoir des infos malgré les engagements d’otis prévu au contrat... ils ont des infos mais refuse catégoriquement de nous les fournir... je pensais en apprendre plus via cette appli mais force est de constater que cela est impossible Otis est vraiment une honte...

App rarely allows service calls to be placed. You select the elevator/building etc. then type the issues in, hit submit and then it tells you sorry please call Otis call center. Useless.
