There are no videos on how to set this camera up. The app sent me a verification link and it shows up as invalid. The app loads but there’s no “next step” to setting up my camera. SAVE YOUR MONEY ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-03-01* Otis is a scam. They aren’t even a real thing. On the app you click on most things and they are all either deleted or nothing ever loads same as on the website. This is really a sprint home camera because I seen the sprint logo was covered. At least I payed like four bucks for this at a discount mall but still scam! There’s no videos anywhere about the Otis camera just straight scammers yall are! ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2023-11-16* Will not let you set up with no email reply to verify and no customer service to fix problem ### 1/5 — doo doo *2023-11-09* Created an account but it won’t even send a verification email. When you try to sign in it says you can’t until you verify your email.
