## What is OtisIO Assets?

OtisIO Assets is the on-site app for issuing company equipment to the people using it, and getting it back.

Scan or search the register, hand an item over, capture its condition with photos, and take a signature on the phone. When it comes back, record the return the same way, with photos of any damage. Every movement is logged against the person and the site, so you always know who has what.

ISSUING KIT
- Scan or search your equipment register
- Hand over to a named person, with a signature captured on the device
- Show a hand-over agreement at the point of issue and record acceptance
- Photograph the condition at the moment it leaves your hands

GETTING IT BACK
- Record returns against the same item and person
- Capture damage with photos and a written note
- See at a glance what is still out, and with whom

ON SITE
- Built for site use: quick scanning, large targets, works one-handed
- Inspection forms for plant and equipment that needs checking regularly
- Reports on what is issued, returned and outstanding

OtisIO Assets is part of the OtisIO workforce platform and needs an OtisIO workspace to sign in. Your administrator sets up the equipment register and gives you access.
