## What is OTM Intervals?

OTM Intervals is a large-display interval timer built for on-the-minute
(OTM) training — the style where you start each round on the clock and
rest for whatever time remains.

BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR
• Huge timer and round counter — readable from across the room
• Rotate to landscape for a full-screen immersive display
• Screen stays awake while you train

ON THE MINUTE, DONE RIGHT
• Default 1:00 OTM interval with presets from 0:20 to 3:00
• Custom interval length (10 seconds to 10 minutes)
• Set a round target or run open-ended until you tap Finished
• Rounds stay on true minute marks — no drift

AUDIO YOU CAN HEAR
• 4-second warning beeps before each round
• Distinct higher GO tone when a round starts
• Choose warning tone: Classic, Tick, Low, or Punch
• Toggle beeps on or off
• Haptic feedback on countdown and round start

SESSION SUMMARY
When you finish (or hit your round target), get a rundown: rounds
completed, active time, total time, and interval used.

No account. No subscription. No ads. Just a timer that does one job well.
